Can my pet sitter see the info without signing up for PawPal themselves?+
Invited sitters can join PawPal for free to view the household they've been added to. They only see what you share with them, and they don't need a paid plan to help with your pet.
What's the difference between Owner, Caretaker, and Viewer roles?+
Owners can manage the household and invite others. Caretakers can complete tasks, mark reminders as done, and update routines. Viewers have read-only access - ideal for grandparents, relatives, or anyone who just needs to stay informed.
Can I share reminders with my partner?+
Yes. Shared reminders appear on every household member's device, so whoever feeds the dog in the morning can mark it done, and everyone else knows it's handled.
Does everyone need to pay, or just one person?+

What happens to shared data if I cancel?+
